Kyle Marcotty was raised by single mother who put herself through nursing school.  He entered the Navy EOD-Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit.  Training begins with 3 weeks of aquatic, physical conditioning,  emergency medicine and diving training.  If candidates survive they go on to 51 weeks of rigorous training involving diving and salvage, learning about bombs, missiles, homemade bombs, nuclear physics and underwater explosives, helicopter insertion training, small weapons, self-defense, tactical communication and land navigation training.  He served in the first Gulf War-Desert Storm.  His newly formed company called Squadron K works with the CIA/FBI to solve international crime.  LA Carlson
